Guest access and arrival

The whole villa is yours, with a private entrance, two private parking spaces at the door and a private, fully fenced garden and pool. Cleaning can be arranged during your stay.

• Please enjoy the villa responsibly, out of consideration for the neighbours, and follow the usual house guidelines.
• Planning a celebration, gathering or small private event? Get in touch in advance; additional services can be arranged.
• Smoking is allowed.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cookware, crockery and cutlery, plus complimentary salt, pepper, tea, coffee, Nespresso capsules and sugar.
• The private pool is not heated (standard for residential villas in Dubai).
• Pool maintenance: the pool is professionally maintained twice a week without exception. You will be told the approximate time window in advance; access for servicing cannot be declined.
